Our 5 Point UK company formations process
has been designed to be as straightforward as possible.
Go to Products and Registration
1. Choose from our selection of Product packages options; Registration
package, Address company Package, Normal Company Package, Extra
Company Package. A full description of each company registration
option is provided.
2. Use our "Name Check" to see if your chosen company
name is available. The Check provides up to the minute accuracy.
3. Click on "Click here for the next steps" and begin
the process of entering your directors, secretary and shares.
4. Click on the "Order Company" icon to complete
your company purchase. An invoice is provided for your records.
5. You will receive your company registration documents in
a short time, typically within 2 days after payment is registered.
